Baraminology Digest – August 2016

It has been a good month for Baraminology research in plants. Someone had suggested I compare the results I am getting using the Floral Formula with the results from some Statistical Baraminology work that has been done by Todd Wood and Roger Sanders. I was able to get that information … although they only had 8 holobaramins (Created Kinds) that they were sure of and 3 more they were not completely sure of. Sadly, those few did not overlap with the nearly 100 tentative Kinds I now have listed. However, their results were interesting, and one led to a bit of deeper study. I do not have any live species from their Kinds to look at (yet), but from textbook information, I think the Floral Formula would agree with their findings. The fact that the Formula and the Statistical methods seem to line up is good news!

No Fusion in Human Chromosome #2

One of the ‘evidences’ of ape to man evolution that has been paraded around for awhile is getting debunked. Jeffrey Tomkins, Ph.D has exposed the fallacies, and reality, with the genetics involved. They are summarized well at this article New Research Debunks Human Chomosome from the Institute for Creation Research. For a more detailed analysis, you can read Alleged Human Chromosome 2 from the Answers Research Journal.
