Full Time Camping

I have always enjoyed the outdoors. That is a large part of why I have a Conservation Biology major. While growing up, I had expected to work in a State or National Park system or similar environment. Now that I am here, I em enjoying the outdoors by studying Creation Science with an emphasis on plant taxonomy while living in a Tent.

This requires a lot of moving around and camping onsite. Last year, I logged about 17,000 miles on the car and stayed at dozens of campsites across ? number of states.

Why do I do this? Because it is easier to understand why plants and animals have acclimated to each environment as they have when one has experienced the conditions directly.there is no better way to learn about an environment than by spending time within it. Experiencing the heat/cold, dry/wet, forested/desert/grassland, and high/low altitudes.

Every year, there are many campsites. Sample images of these can be seen at ‘The Camping Lifestyle’ page.
